6 July – The deaths of two important Tudors

More and Edward VIOn this day in history, two important Tudors died: Sir Thomas More was beheaded on 6th July 1535 for high treason for denying the King's supremacy, and fifteen year-old King Edward VI died on 6th July 1553 of natural causes at Greenwich Palace.
